So many positive things to say. First of all, Scott and his whole staff was responsible, and respectful. Scott helped us find the perfect E-bikes, we were able to receive our Ebike discount with the help of Scott, he knew the process, and best of all, he never pushed a sale. He was kind supportive, helpful, and very knowledgeable. If you want A+ customer service come here, he even delivered our bikes to us!! Never been happier with a decision of a bike and a shop. Thank you to Eazy E. Bikez you made our lives so much better!!

All i have to say, is this was the easiest shop to deal with in Denver/Lakewood They truly live up to their name. Purchase an Vivi 26" Mountain Ebike. It was recommended by Scott an let me tell you, this bike is Amazing. I needed minor adjustments after purchase, brought it to the shop an they guys were happy to help. Best experience ever. I loved all the employees their super helpful and knowledgeably. Eager to assist and very friendly. The bike I got is awesome and super fun to ride. They set me up in the parking lot for a test ride which I needed. Affordable.

My mom was interested in utilizing the Denver EBike rebate program - of all the approved vendors Eazy E Bikez had the best selection and price point options - very happy with the experience and Mom loves her new bike!

This is hands-down the best shop They had a great selection of price points and types. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything perfectly to where I could understand it, and made fantastic recommendations based on what I was looking for. While I didn't end up buying an ebike from them, they have a great selection and very friendly staff. They offer assembly that is backed by a warranty. Plus, they will also fix the first flat you get. They offer easy test riding that doesn't require a bunch of information to go on. I tested the KGK they sell. And, while it's missing a few features, if you're looking at the RadCity 5, Aventon Level, or Ride1Up 500 or 700, it is just as good and a little cheaper. 

Amazing costumer service. Scott the owner drove all the way to my house to diagnose a problem and make things right. Wish more company’s held themselves to these standards.

Great experience with everybody in the shop. It is family owned and it they are all very helpful. We were allowed to test few bikes today and ended up buying 2.

Visited on July 9 Owner personally spent at least 30 minutes with us talking about the overall benefits of e-Bikes, good things to know, safety, and specific details for the models on the floor. Ended up buying the right bike for me and couldn't be happier. A pleasant experience. Ben and Mike were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I know very little about bikes and they worked with us to find my dream bike. Being able to test ride it was great and gave me the confidence to purchase it that same day. I love to support small local businesses and this store was a little gem. I'll definitely be back for tune-ups, repairs and any accessories I might need in the future.
